British National Traditional Forms Championship
The above mentioned event took place on Sunday 29/05/2011 in Milton
Kynes organised by British Council for Chinese Martial Arts,
In this event Larisa Pop, Adam Ibrahim and Theo Symons participated
and represented Northern Shaolin Kung-Fu Traditional Wu-Shu, a very
high standard competition with over 170 competitors from all United
Kingdom
Results:
Larisa Pop: 1st Place, Gold Medal (Northern Traditional Hand
Routines)
Adam Ibrahim: 2nd Place, Silver Medal (Northern Traditional Hand
Routines)
Theo Symons: 3rd Place, Bronze Medal (Northern Traditional Hand
Routines)
On behalf of the association I would like to thank all
competitors for all their hard work and effort and wishing you all
success for the future events.

The
British Council for Chinese Martial Arts are proud to announce the
San Da Challenge which will be on Sunday, 19 June 2011.
This event will take place at the Tolworth Recreation Centre,
Fullers Way North, Tolworth, Surrey,
starting at 6.30pm.
The show will be organised in a similar way to professional
kickboxing / MMA shows. It is intended to showcase San Da as a
sport, and provide fighters with a platform to show their skills and
achieve the recognition which they deserve.
Larisa Pop and Theo Symons from NSS Kung-Fu will participate in this
event, every one is welcome to attend and watch this event,
Tickets will be available in advance, details of which are as
follows:
Standard seating: £20
Seated ringside: £30
VIP table (seating 10): £40 per head.
If you are interested please let me know by either email, text or
speak to me during the session, so I can order your tickets in
advance, last day to order your tickets: Friday 3rd June.
All students attending training session are now required to wear the
full uniform at all times during training sessions,
Please note: club T-Shirt is not uniform.
Students who do not wear the full uniform during the training
session are treated as beginners.
From September 2011, all students are required to pay for their
training sessions by Direct Debit in advance on monthly bases,
Details to set up Direct Debit payment will be given to all students
during the month July and August.

2011.

British National San-Shou Championship
The
above mentioned event took place on Sunday 08/05/2011 in Milton
Keynes organised by British Council for Chinese Martial Arts,
In
this event Larisa Pop and Adam Ibrahim both participated and
represented Northern Shaolin Kung-Fu Traditional Wu-Shu, a very high
standard competition to select the members of the GB San-Shou team
to participate in European championships.
Results:
Larisa
Pop: Silver medal, British second champion (Females under 60kg)
Adam
Ibrahim: Bronze medal, British Third Champion, (Men under 80kg)
On
behalf of the association i would like to thank you both for all
your hard work and effort you have put in to it.
Grading

Next grading exam:

All
students who are participating must submit the application form by
Friday 20th, application forms can be downloaded from the website:

Due
to the limited time, certificates and sashes will not be awarded to
the successful candidates on the day of the grading instead we will
award them on Friday 3rd June.
