At
the NSS Kung-Fu Traditional Wu-Shu our primary aim is to uphold the
highest standards of Chinese Shaolin Martial Arts training.
We
believe in improving lives through the practice of Martial-Art by
teaching our students the reward of the Martial-Art spirit, martial
ability, having a positive attitude,
discipline, humanity and respect.
Our
Training consists of full body conditioning, realistic self-defence
techniques, San-Shou (Chinese full contact sparring), traditional
routines (empty hand and weapons), Tai-Chi and Qi-Gong (breathing
and meditation).
