Grading Exam.

New training timetable and price list:
Effective from March 2011;
Kids:
Tuesdays 19:00 – 20:00 Kids Fight club, (Sparring sessions, Equipment required)
Fridays 19:00 – 20:00 Kids Traditional Kung-Fu, (as usual)
Price for training once a week is £5.00 a session, however for children who would practice twice a week there will be a special discount, Kids to be able to attend this session must provide their own: Boxing Gloves, Head Guard, Shin Guard, Groin Guard (for boys), Mouth Guard and kick boots.
All equipments must be purchased from the NSS Kung-Fu.
Adults:
Tuesdays 20:00 – 21:30 San-Shou & Weapon Training,
Wednesdays 20:15 – 21:30 Coach training & Competition class,strictly by invitation
Thursdays 20:30 – 21:45 Chen Tai-Chi and Meditation,
Fridays 20:00 – 21:30 Traditional Kung-fu, (as usual)
Price for training once a week is £6.00 a session, however students who would like to practice two or three times a week will receive a special discount, adults who participate in San-Shou and weapon training, must provide their own: Boxing Gloves, Head Guard, Shin Guard, Groin Guard and Mouth Guard, all weapons must be purchased from us (to ensure that you have the right type of weapon).

All students: To be eligible for grading exams you must attend at least 12 Friday sessions, Fridays are only days that we practice traditional Wu-Shu.

Competitions:
All students who are participating in Quingda and San-Shou competitions are advised to be vaccinated against Hepatitis A and B as it can be transmitted by sweat or blood.

Kids Kung-Fu, To the attention of parent(s)!
Here at NSS Kung-Fu we take students progress very seriously and as part of our training policy we would therefore like to ask all parents to not remain in the training area during the kids training session as it slows down their progress.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
I would like to remind all students of NSS Kung-Fu, that:
If you fail to attend training for 4 months, you will not be allowed to wear your sash up-on your return until you have demonstrated your skill and abilities,
If you fail to attend 6 months of training then your membership will not be valid up-on your return, you will be treated as a new student and you will need to start from 10th grade (White Sash) again.
All students need to attend at least 12 sessions before they can participate in grading exams.

NSS Kung-Fu Official Corner Crew:
This course is for members of Northern Shaolin System kung-Fu Traditional Wu-Shu, upon successful completion of this course you will be classed as an official Corner Crew of NSS Kung-Fu Traditional Wu-Shu and valid certificate holders will have access to Class C Referee course through The Federation of UK Wushu.

Tai-Chi classes:
All Tai-Chi students who have missed training sessions must complete their course by 2nd March 2011, at the moment there are no more Tai-Chi sessions planned for 2011.
KIDS FIGHT CLUB (NEW)
From March 2011. For all junior members of NSS Kung-Fu age 5+.
The aim of this training is to train all junior students in the art of Qingda and prepare them to participate in National Championships. All students must be a full member of the NSS Kung-Fu traditional Wu-Shu (for insurance and licence purpose) and provide their own safety equipments including: boxing gloves, gum shields, head guard; groin guard, head guard and shin and insteps. All equipments must be purchased from the NSS Kung-Fu.
