Northern Shaolin System Kung-Fu Traditional Wu-Shu is pleased to announce the new Tai-Chi and Qi-Gong classes for complete beginners.

Beginners Tai-Chi and basic Qi-Gong exercises starts on 7th July 2010.

Duration: 12 Weeks + 1 free session to make a total of 13 Hours.

What will you achieve? You will learn the basics of Yang style Tai-Chi routine together with basic Qi-Gong exercise. At the end of the course you will get a certificate of attendance and a free DVD of the exercises.
